Mark resides in the Space Coast area of Florida and is an engineer by trade currently working in the rail signaling industry designing and developing software tools, testing vital products, and doing his darndest to keep the team moving.  Mark has 33 years of experience in the technology sector having previously worked 2 decades for a major defense contractor. Known by his coworkers to find a way forward when all prospects look ​discouraging, he was lovingly given the nickname MarkGyver.

While not working his day job, Mark spends his time with his wife Heather (and occasionally with his 4 adult children when they are available). He loves to dabble in both hardware and software engineering related projects as well as laser cutting fabrication and generally anything craft related as hobbies. When not making things or fixing things, Mark is know to be an avid couch sitting streaming consumer with a affinity for sci-fi, fantasy, action, and drama series/movies and has recently restarted reading novels in the same genres.
